• Built and scaled cadandcart.com end-to-end frontend UI and backend pricing services for a manufacturing quotation platform processing CAD files (DXF, IGS, STEP, STP).
• Engineered automated pricing rule engines, cutting manual quotation cycle time from 10–20 mins to 4–6 mins.
• Shipped a real-time order tracking system and a full-scale in-house ERP with an admin dashboard, handling 3,200+ monthly orders.
• Automated vendor status updates and workflow visualization across the pipeline, powering 100+ daily orders.
• Architected a multi-tenant SaaS backend for Quoteazy.in with JWT auth and org-level tenant isolation.
• Built the B2B e-commerce platform shop.cadandcart.com for BAJA/SUPRA motersport teams.
• Optimized AWS Amplify infra (95% lower CPU, $1.2K/month cloud savings) and React Native bundle size (47% smaller, 120MB → 64MB).
Projects
A few products and experiments I've shipped.
- Built a full-stack workflow-automation engine in Java/Spring Boot with 8 pluggable node executors (HTTP, AI, filter, transform, condition, trigger) behind a secure REST API, plus Spring AI + OpenAI natural-language workflow generation and a Next.js frontend.
- Built Stripe-integrated subscription billing (3 tiers) with webhook-driven state reconciliation and a usage-metering quota layer returning HTTP 402 responses to convert free users to paid.
- Added trigger-type and failure-cause classification (timeout, auth, validation) on workflow runs, laying the groundwork for cause-based failure analytics.
- Migrated core infrastructure to managed cloud services – file storage to Cloudinary, transactional email to Resend – while automating deployment via GitHub Actions CI/CD on Render.
