• Built and scaled cadandcart.com end-to-end frontend UI and backend pricing services for a manufacturing quotation platform processing CAD files (DXF, IGS, STEP, STP).
• Engineered automated pricing rule engines, cutting manual quotation cycle time from 10–20 mins to 4–6 mins.
• Shipped a real-time order tracking system and a full-scale in-house ERP with an admin dashboard, handling 3,200+ monthly orders.
• Automated vendor status updates and workflow visualization across the pipeline, powering 100+ daily orders.
• Architected a multi-tenant SaaS backend for Quoteazy.in with JWT auth and org-level tenant isolation.
• Built the B2B e-commerce platform shop.cadandcart.com for BAJA/SUPRA motersport teams.
• Optimized AWS Amplify infra (95% lower CPU, $1.2K/month cloud savings) and React Native bundle size (47% smaller, 120MB → 64MB).
